Chris Cotter pleaded guilty in late January to guiding without a license and has been sentenced to a two-year prohibition on hunting, fishing and possession of firearms or working as a guide or outfitter. He must serve 40 hours of community service and two years probation and is required to pay a $250 fine and $700 in restitution.
