MI: Man shot in Calhoun County by friend while coyote hunting

CONVIS TOWNSHIP, Mich – A 65-year old Ohio man is recovering after being accidentally shot while coyote hunting in Convis Township Saturday, May 18th.

The victim had been shot in the right forearm with a .22 caliber rifle by his friend.

Neither alcohol/drugs nor foul play is suspected.
