The Color Purple = No Trespassing

This is a great idea! The state of Texas has actually made the color purple a legal way to signify “no trespassing.”

Purple was chosen because many people who are legally blind can actually see the color purple. It has no significance to the forest industry, and it stands out more than any other color in the woods.

It has become popular with property owners who were tired of dealing with shot up or ripped down “no trespassing” signs, though they are still complaining that neither signs nor paint seems to be working.
