As a Marine, Cliff Green spent 13 months in combat in Vietnam. The Franklinville man also has wrestled bulls on dairy farms. But he says he feared for his life when he was attacked by two pit bulls last weekend. He managed to escape with some cuts on his arm. The hunting bow he had used to defend himself was bitten to pieces.

Sandra Florkowski, Franklinville assistant dog control officer, said she will seek a court order declaring the dogs dangerous.
