A Poplar Bluff, Mo., resident was cited for three violations: falsification of residency to obtain a resident archery deer permit, falsification of residency to obtain a resident hunting license and unlawful hunting of white-tailed deer without the consent of the landowner. Sentenced to disposition included 18 months of conditional discharge and a fine for each case.

A Cape Girardeau resident was cited for unlawful possession of a white-tailed deer. Sentenced to 12 months of conditional discharge, a fine, and forfeit of a gun and a 5-point deer rack to Illinois conservation police.

Two Villa Park residents also were cited for hunting violations. One was cited for possession of deer in violation of administrative rule. One was cited for unlawful transfer of a deer permit. Both were sentenced to 12 months of court supervision and were ordered to pay a fine.
