Cole Richardson pled guilty to a simple misdemeanor charge of Fishing/Hunting – Making a False Claim for License – Non Resident. He also pled guilty to two other charges of “Restrictions on Taking Game of Turkey or Deer.”

On the first charge, he was ordered to pay a scheduled fine of $100, plus a
$35 surcharge, and court costs. He also agreed to turn over mounts with tags from 2015. On the final two charges on taking game, he was ordered to pay another scheduled fine of $100, a $35 surcharge, and all court costs.

A judgment was also entered against Richardson in the amount of $4,000 for liquidated damages. That can be reduced when Richardson has completed 80 hours of community service.
