Three Kent County men have been charged with multiple hunting-related violations, Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control officials said in a release today.

DNREC said they were charged on Saturday after officials responded to a report of shots fired at deer in fields on Norman G. Wilder Wildlife Area near Viola.

Scott H. Pleasanton, 33, of Hartly, and Brian D. Wallace, 34, of Camden-Wyoming, were arrested, and each was charged with discharging a firearm on, near or across a public roadway; hunting from a motor vehicle; carrying a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle; and third-degree conspiracy.

Joshua L. Marshall, 33, of Magnolia, was arrested and was charged with carrying a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle and third-degree conspiracy.
